To me, yoga is forever changing journey in the body. It's a practice of coming home to one self and remembering our true essence.

Therapeutic but not therapy...
Yoga, somatic practices and meditation have been such significant and transformational parts of my life journey.
They have helped me regulate my nervous system and also with many issues (such as anxiety, panic attacks, building healthy boundaries ect...) and that is the reason why I want to share these tools & practices with you.
My way of teaching is said to be therapeutic, intuitive, creative and gentle. My background is in dancing and music is always an important element on my offerings.
The practice is about becoming intimate with life. About experiencing life as it is in each give moment.
I want to encourage you to find curiosity joy and playfulness in your practice.
"Yoga" means union. It is all about connecting and allowing – not pushing.
I have organized dozens of yoga retreats, workshops & yoga sailings throughout the years. Each one of the retreats is an unique experience curated around a specific theme.
I’m a devoted practitioner of classical tantra (non dual shaivatantra). I'm also currently studying shamanistic astrology that draws from the connection to nature and its cycles. Earlier in life I was studying gender studies, socology & journalism.

My work draws from my life experience & tools I have found effective, transformational and life changing.
The tools I use in my work are embodied yoga, somatic practices, meditation, breath work, myths & stories as medicine to the soul, arhchetype work, shamanistic astrology and writing.
Embodied yoga blends free & intuitive movement with more traditional yoga poses. It's a creative way to do yoga that can also be very therapeutic. Embodied yoga focuses on the inner experience of the body; sensations, feelings & emotions.
Somatic movement aims to connect & explore the inner experience of the body. It strengthens the connection to the body and can help heal & release tension, trauma and stress.
Shamanistic astrology is rooted on cycles of nature and can help to connect with the authentic self.
