To me, yoga is a forever changing journey in the body. It's a practice of coming home to one self and remembering the authentic self who we always were.

Yoga is therapeutic but not therapy
Yoga and meditation have helped me survive toxic relationships, boundary issues, anxiety, depression & panic attacks. That’s why I want to share these tools & practices forward.
My way of teaching is said to be therapeutic, highly intuitive, creative and gentle. My background is in dancing and curated music/soundscape is always an important element on my yoga lessons.
In my yoga lessons I want to encourage people to find curiosity and move with respect & love to the body; yoga is all about allowing not pushing.
I have organized dozens of yoga retreats, workshops & yoga sailings through out the years. Each one of my yoga retreat is unique & special with its its theme, but on my yoga retreats we always do meditation, breath work, yoga, intuitive writing & somatic movement.
I love to study. Before I started my career as a yoga teacher I was studying gender studies, journalism & sociology in the University. I’m a devoted practitioner classical tantra (non dual shaivatantra). I'm also currently participating in the integrative somatic trauma therapy certificate (2022).
My yoga retreats and workshops are original & memorable compositions that consists of my studies & authentic life experiences. I only share effective tools & practices that I’ve experienced myself to be effective & working.

I teach embodied flow –inspired yoga, which highlights the inner experience of the body; sensations, feelings, emotions & felt–sense and poetic language while teaching
My intention of teaching yoga is to hold space & support you to find your way back to your authentic self & full capacity. I do that through mixing playfully & creatively tantric meditation, meditative movement, traditional yoga poses (yoga asanas), somatic movement and intuitive writing. Somatic movement focuses on the internal experience of the body rather than external appearance.
Tara Judelle (the founder of Embodied Flow) explains Embodied Flow as following: "We use movement, asana, meditation, visualization, philosophy, psychology, verbal expression, and science as technologies for acquiring a deep sense of strength, ease and connectivity in the human form. Embodied Flow aims to deliver its practitioners a sense of agency as they discover their own innate capacity to step into a life that is in flow. "
